MISANO TEST; 130 LAPS GETTING BACK FROM THE INJURY!
Just ten days after the injury suffered in Most, Andrea Iannone and Team Pata Go Eleven got on track for a two-day test on the Misano circuit, in preparation for Round 06 WorldSBK.
Number 29 had to use a larger size boot due to the swelling from the operation; luckily on the bike, Andrea was able to manage his condition well, gritting his teeth and taking home the two days of Misano, collecting useful information and datas. On day 1, a basic set-up was found in terms of electronics, facing some difficulties in the last part of the track, during the second day, however, some interesting solutions were found that allowed a significant step forward, both in terms of rider feeling and on the laptime. The best lap in 1.33.364, in race configuration and without testing the qualifying tyre, is a reference that allows the rider from Vasto to conclude the tests looking confidently to the home race. During these two days we have always gradually improved and found positive solutions, significantly reducing the gap from the top. Positive is the fact that Andrea was able to ride constantly and complete the work program, without feeling excessive pain in his right foot, except at the end of the second day. Solid step forward in T3 and T4, while there is still some improvement to be made in the first part of the track.
