WELCOME TO THE CATHEDRAL OF SPEED!

WELCOME TO THE CATHEDRAL OF SPEED!

The Go Eleven Team and Eugene Laverty arrive at the fourth stage of the season, in the Netherlands, with great expectations after the positive steps forward shown in Aragon; confirm the results and even aim for the podium are the objectives for this Round!
Compared to the three circuits already done, however, the TT-Circuit Assen is completely different: a few straights, a few hard brakings, very high average speed distinguish the 4542 meters of the Cathedral of Speed.
Therefore a completely different story begins; here it is fundamental to have a very quick and smooth bike in the corners, the Top Speed is almost completely irrelevant and the ability to connect the 21 curves is fundamental, to miss a trajectory means to lose a lot of time.
Another problem will be the cold that “come with us” already from the Motorland Aragon; in Assen in the weather forecast even the snowflake appears! On this mythical “old style” track Jonathan Rea has always been very effective and seems to be the right occasion to beat the dominant victories, at least so far, of Alvaro Bautista!
And Yamaha and BMW can’t be considered out of the games, in such tortuous circuits they can be very competitive.
Finally, usually, the races here are very tight and are decided only with the final sprint.

Isn’t this enough to keep you glued to the screens? Well then you think that here Eugene Laverty has already won three times …
