WORLDSBK MAKES A STOP IN SOUTH AMERICA!
On the new sports complex of El Villicum, on the outskirts of San Juan and a few steps from the impressive “Cordillera de los Andes”, the protagonists of the WorldSBK will face off!
A real postcard at the foot of the mountains, last year the stands of the Argentine track were literally assaulted by the warm local fans.
In this scenario with a Latin atmosphere, the Go Eleven Team is preparing to face the season finale with an extra charge. Eugene will leave the Borgo Panigale manufacturer at the end of the season and wants to leave the fans of the “Rossa” and the Go Eleven team a good memory.
An important factor in this long trip will be the asphalt: El Villicum is surrounded by the desert and the trajectories are always very dirty. In 2018, the first year of circuit activity, during the Free Practices 1, the riders set laptimes seven seconds slower than on Saturday; this year the mantle has been remade in some points, but yesterday, with a walking lap of the track, it was possible to observe some points with a very less grip!
All this will make Round 12 even more exciting and interesting; the cards will be slightly reshuffled and maybe some unexpected surprise will emerge.
