WORLDSBK STOPS IN PORTUGAL; LORIS BAZ WILL BE IN ACTION ON THE PORTIMAO ROLLERCOASTER!

Third Back-to-Back race, last European stage of the Superbike World Championship, before landing overseas; the Autodromo do Algarve, a spectacular circuit located in the Portuguese region of the same name, not far from Portimao, is the scene of the challenge between the Superbikes.

Loris Baz will go on track on the Ducati V4-RS branded Go Eleven, replacing the still convalescent Chaz Davies. The French rider has just returned from an excellent weekend in Jerez de la Frontera, where he made his debut in the 2021 premier class, constantly remaining in the Top 10, and obtaining an amazing sixth place in Race 1. The “rollercoasters” of Portimao, that’s the nickname of the great structure that hosts Round 11, are particularly appreciated by Baz, so much so that last year he managed to score a podium in the Superpole Race. As for last weekend, neither the rider nor the Team have too many expectations of results; the main goal is to have fun and take home what comes.

For the Superbike, a weekend of pure entertainment is expected in one of the most spectacular tracks in the world!
