In 2014 Chaz began his adventure on a Ducati. He races in World Superbike with the Ducati Panigale 1199R in the Ducati Superbike team.

He ends the season sixth with 215 points, several podium finishes and fastest laps but without a win.
For the following season he is confirmed in the same team. 2015 opens with a double podium in Australia and continues with the first place at the Aragon Grand Prix in race 2, bringing Ducati back to the top step of the podium after more than two years without success. During the season he obtained his first career superpole at the United States Grand Prix, going on to win both races of the weekend. He closes the season as world runner-up with 416 points and 5 total victories. He is reconfirmed on the Aruba.it Racing-Ducati Ducati Panigale also for the 2016 season and, despite winning 11 races, he finishes the world championship in third place, behind the confirmed champion Jonathan Rea and two points behind Tom Sykes. both on Kawasaki.
In 2017 he begins the fourth consecutive year as a rider of the official Ducati team. The teammate this season is the Italian Marco Melandri. He ends the season in second place in the drivers’ standings with 403 points obtained. In 2018 he is still a titular rider for Ducati in the Superbike World Championship. During the season an injury limits his performances, he still manages to close the season in second place in the drivers’ standings with 356 points to his credit. In 2019 he begins his sixth consecutive season as a rider of the official Ducati team. The new teammate is the Spaniard from MotoGP, Álvaro Bautista. He returns to success at the United States Grand Prix. After totaling ten podium finishes this season, he closes in sixth place in the standings. In 2020 he is again the starting rider in Superbike, teammate is Scott Redding. He ends the season in third place in the world rankings by winning two Grands Prix.
